For treatments over the value of £50.00 and / or over 2 hours in length, I have to ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit please, especially in the run up to the Christmas and summer holiday period.
Late cancellations may also be subject to a charge. Although I understand that occasionally cancellations are unavoidable (and your particular circumstances will always be taken into consideration), I hope you will appreciate that late cancellations do cause me to lose income and prevent me treating other clients who may have asked for appointments I was unable to book at the time.
